Roadrunner Trailers

Limited Edition Trailers are built for our cost-conscience dealers who demand high quality with the ability to add options based on their customer’s needs.  Available in both single and tandem-axle, these trailers come with the standard equipment only and are limited to 5000# GVWR or less.  Limited Edition trailers are ideal for most boats up to 20’.

Custom Cradles

Our Cradles are built using the same materials as our trailers, but are designed to fit your current boat lift.  Like each of our trailers, the bunks are customized and welded to fit the hull of your specific boat model.  Also available with adjustable bunks.

In addition to the standard features, the Roadrunner Trailers add:

 

· Full length front and rear step plates

· Anti-shock mounted lighting

· Clear-coated Chrome wheels with radial tires

· Rollers on all crossmembers

· Welded bow stop with roller, winch, and strap

· Disc brakes (above 4500# GVWR)

Our process begins a long time before each trailer is put into production by selectively choosing our vendors based on quality of products and company integrity.   We refuse to accept substandard products and require that each vendor adheres to the performance and quality control requirements that we demand, so that your trailer remains an asset and not a burden. 

 

Once our vendors are chosen and quality inspections of products have been made, our team begins building.  Our trailers are categorized into three types - Roadrunner, Limited Edition, and Pontoon.  However, they all undergo the same rigorous manufacturing process and have the same standard features:

 

· Structural Steel Framing (channel or tube)

· Bearing protected axles with

   2 year limited warranty

· Color matched acrylic enamel paint

· Pin Striping

· Color coordinated bunk carpet

 

 

 

 

· Safety Chains and Tie Downs

· Custom bow stop

· Winch with Nylon Strap

· Mounted trailer jack with wheel

· Painted white steel wheels

· Submersible lighting

In addition to our standard design, the Pontoon trailers come loaded with customized standard features:

 

· Adjustable bow stop with ladder, handrail, and platform

· Adjustable bunks and side guides

· Black enamel paint with silver pin striping

· Spare Tire mount

· 13” C-Range Tires
